If we don't like how it is going to look we will contact you by email or telephone with suggestions before engraving. When we do engrave we take extra time making it look as perfect as can be expected. Slant Font   Slant is the font we like and use the most. With slant we can engrave more words yet keeping each word as large as possible. Slant allows us to space the engraving for the best appearance. There are exceptions such as using all capitals in slant for initials or a word may look better in heavy block or old english with the rest of the engraving in slant, cursive, or both. Heavy Block    Heavy Block is our second most popular font. All the letters, both upper case and lower case all elegant and engrave with wonderful spacing and appearance. Mixed    Slant, Cursive, and Heavy Block together You can mix slant, cursive, and heavy block together. Cursive Font   Cursive font takes up 2 to 3 times the space as slant so the letter will be a lot smaller or we suggest using only one to three words. Old English   Old English font takes up lots of space. Usually only one or two words look good in old english font. Vines   Vines font only works well when engraving just one letter. Tiny hearts with vines letter engraved. Other Fonts    Font 2174 (Fire Department Font) This medal has slant and under it what we call our Fire Department Font. Font University Letter Font The items below go from 10 to 83 and are sold with the engraving. Engraving Time. Engraving usually takes up to 1 to 2 business days. How much will fit. Our machines have the ability to shrink words and phrases to fit the item. However, please remember space is needed on the outside edge for centering. The more words may reduce the size of each letter.
